Monster Hunter themed Roller Coaster coming to Six Flags


Capcom and Six Flags have partnered up to bring a specialized Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate themed Roller Coaster to the chains Magic Mountain location in Valencia, California starting March 28th. The ride which is a modified Goliath coaster with a passenger train designed to look like MH4U’s Gore Magala monster, features a 255-foot drop in which the train can reach a speed of 85 miles per hour.

Aside from the Roller Coaster, the park will also include 3DS units on hand for people to try out MH4U in the Cyber Cafe. On March 28th and 29th, the ongoing Caravan Tour will be stopping in which will allow you to “be immersed in the world of Monster Hunter with a custom setting that recreates the look and feel of the travelling Caravan from the game.”

At the time of this writing, Capcom did not provide any pictures of the ride, however they did promise to release some soon. The Event will be held from March 28th until August 10th.
