Nathan Drake’s last outing on Playstation 4 is getting a PS5 remaster and the series will jump to PC for the first time in early 2022. Announced at the Playstation Showcase on Thursday, the updated version will include 2016’s Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and the standalone expansion 2017’s Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, as a single bundle called Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves.
Launched in 2007, the Uncharted series has been a staple for Playstation Studios and developer Naughty Dog, winning multiple awards. 2016’s Uncharted 4 was the final game of the series ending protagonists Nathan Drake’s story, and possibly the series as a whole. However, a standalone expansion was released in 2017 called Uncharted: Lost Legacy which follows Cloe Frazer and Nadine Ross from Uncharted 2 and Uncharted 4 respectively.
Both games are being built by Playstation Studios with Naughty Dog, however, no firm release date has been given at this time.
