Here is a statement that I see to often when it comes to developers talking about their upcoming work. While we usually get blasted with media babble about new features, or how the game is going to be “revolutionary,” we rarely hear about how excited team members are for the next game.
At least Glen Schofield, the co-founder and chief creative officer of SledgeHammer Games, isn’t holding in his excitement for the studio’s next game. Glen took to Twitter for the announcement that the team is working on a new title, however we don’t exactly know anything about it yet.

If we were to speculate, the game may be based in the Call of Duty Universe, even a possible sequel to Sledgehammer’s last title, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. This would make sense as the Call of Duty Franchise has been stated to rotate developers between Treyarch, Sledgehammer, and Infinity Ward.
Either way, Glen’s excitement for the next title has us curious. What do you think is Sledgehammer’s next game?
