2015 has been a great year for budding guitarists learning how to play with the help of Ubisoft’s Rocksmith 2014 edition. The easy to use guitar teaching game has seen weekly DLC since it’s launch and the library has reached well over 750 songs featuring bands like Queens of the Stone Age, Iron Maiden, The Black Keys, Volbeat and Slayer, just to name a few.
Ubisoft has created a infographic showing some of the stats from the game in 2015. According to Ubisoft’s stats, on average over 350,000 songs are played daily on Rocksmith 2014, with the grand total reaching 128,766,269 songs played throughout the year. The most played song from the core songs in the games is “R U Mine” by Arctic Monkeys and the most played DLC is “Fear of the Dark” by Iron Maiden.
To be honest, some of the team members here are guilty of helping with those stats, as I play Rocksmith 2014 almost on a daily basis, it’s a fun; easy to learn tool to really help learn guitar. You can check out our review of Rocksmith 2014 here!
