Gameitall Court is now in session! Capcom has announced that latest in the popular adventures of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney will hit the 3DS on September 8th, 2016. To celebrate, Capcom has released a new trailer, a gallery of some of the colourful characters and courtroom drama, along with some new information about the upcoming game.
Pheonix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice will feature a new gameplay mechanic called Divination Séance. This new power provided by the royal priestess Rayfa, will allow players to revisit the last moments of the victim’s life making players fight to unravel the discrepancies and contradictions between the Royal Priestess’s Insight and what is shown in the séance.
The game will also see some returning characters as everyone’s favourite forensics scientist Ema Skye, will be assisting Apollo Justice in his defence of Trucy Wright, Phoenix’s adopted daughter, who is mixed up in an incident that takes place at one of her magic shows.
These two scenarios will be partially playable with a bran new demo being released on the Nintendo eShop on August 25th, allowing players to get a taste of the new mechanics and set the stage for one one of Phoenix’s most thrilling courtroom battles yet!
