Sony’s online streaming gaming service, Playstation Now, will now include a year pass priced at $100. The new plan was announced during the Playstation Experience this weekend and is set to start on Tuesday when the Playstation Network updates.
While $100 seems like a lot when looking the price on it’s own, with the current prices the year pass is actually quite the deal. The current packages has a single month priced at $19.99, while $44.99 will get you access to 3 months. Membership will allow you to stream a number of PS3 titles with the latest batch to be added to the account being a set from WB Interactive including Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham Origins, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Mortal Kombat 9, F.E.A.R., The LEGO Movie Videogame, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, and LEGO Batman.
Sadly, the year package is a limited time only, people with pre-existing Now memberships can still purchase the package, which will serve as an extension to the package. Sony didn’t state when the offer will expire.
