the Game Awards wrapped up last night, showcasing the best of the industry, and this year’s fight for the Game of the Year was – arguably – a tough one thanks to some big names like God of War Ragnarök – which took away 6 awards including Best Action/Adventure, Best Audio, and Best Music, and Stray – which took 2 awards with Best debute Indie game, and Best Indie. However, it was FromSoftware’s evolution of the Souls series with Elden Ring that took away Game of the Year as well as Best Narrative, Best Game Direction, Best Art Design, and Best RPG.

Other big wins of the night included Marvel Snap for Best Mobile, Final Fantasy XIV for Best Community Support and Ongoing game, and Multiversus for Best Fighting Game. You can check out the full list of winners below.  Was there any games that you feel got shunned this year? Let us know!
