Koji Igarashi’s Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night has taken Kickstarter by storm since it’s conception, raising the money it needed in less then a day, the fundraiser insured the game’s life on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Now, after passing a bunch of different stretch goals, the game has earned over 3 million dollars and the spiritual successor of Castlevania will also be coming to the Wii U.
The Wii U version will support some of the consoles unique features Pro Controller support, the ability to play exclusively on the Wii U GamePad, in-game Miis, and an annotatable map displayed on the GamePad while playing Bloodstained on the television.
With 11 days left on the game’s funding, there are two stretch goals still available at this time, surpassing $3.25 million dollars the game will get asynchronous online multiplayer (that’s Turn-based multiplayer gameplay between two or more players,) and at $3.5 million we’ll see a PSVita version. At the time of writing, the game is earned $3,084,075 with 11 days left for funding.
