Our favourite hair witch (sorry Guilty Gear’s Milla) is back and this time in 4K and 60fps! Sega re-released Platinum Game’s Bayonetta on PC via Steam yesterday following a counter that started as an April Fools joke.
The PC port of the 2009 features a wealth of graphical updates including the mentioned resolution up to 4K with 60 frames per second, as well as “anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, SSAO lighting, scalable texture and shadow quality, and more.” Sega also announced that it also supports mouse and keyboard controls.
According Sega, Platinum Games was directly involved with the PC port, ensuring the studio’s quality. Platinum hopes to bring other games from their library to the PC in the near future, however did not confirm if they are currently working on any other ports.
