It’s a new month and with it comes a string of new games for Sony and Microsoft consoles. This month, we get some great titles from companies and a good mix of indie and budget games. Here is the list you can expect to download for Playstation Plus and Games for Gold.
XBOX LIVE GAMES WITH GOLD:
Between August 1st-15th, you can download Motocross Madness, a motocross racing game that uses your Xbox Avatar. Between August 16th-30th, you’ll be able to pick up Dishonored, Bethesda’s Supernatual Assassin game. Meanwhile on Xbox One, you’ll be able to pick up spiritual successor to Panzer Dragoon, Crimson Dragon and Strike Suit Zero: Director’s Cut.
PLAYSTATION PLUS:
Available on August 5th, PS4 players will receive the The Road Not Taken, a rogue-like adventure game that makes it’s debut on the PS4 that very week, and FEZ, the side-scrolling puzzle game about shifting the world. On the PS3, players will get Crytek’s famed shooter Crysis 3, and Proteus, a video game art project that involves changing music and sound as you move through the world. PSVita players will receive Metrico, a platformer with an infographic aesthetic, and Vanillaware’s amazing beat’em up RPG Dragon’s Crown.
FEZ and Proteus are available as a cross-buy title. FEZ will also be available on PS3 and PSVita, while Proteus will also be available on the PSVita. While Dragon’s Crown is not originally part of the Cross-Buy, due to the nature of the PSPlus setup, PS3 players will also receive Dragon’s Crown for free.
