The Xbox One exclusive title Recore from Keiji Inafune’s Comcept and Armature Studio, which is comprised of former Metroid Prime developers, will be making the leap to PC when the game launches sometime this year. The news of the PC port comes from a post by Mike Nichols, the Corporate Vice President Of Marketing For Xbox, detailing the company’s 2016 plans which included the former Xbox One exclusive among other titles as coming to both Microsoft’s home console and Windows 10 systems.
Not much details about the upcoming game has been released aside from Inafune and the Armature team’s involvement in the game, however news was broke early last week that the script for the game was penned by Destiny and Halo ODST scribe Joseph Staten, adding even more reassurance to the game.
Recore was announced during Microsoft’s E3 2015 conference and was originally set to launch in Spring of 2016, it is now pushed back to a open 2016 release window.
