It’s not E3 if we don’t get a major game leaked before the show. After rumours this week rised that Ubisoft will be showing off a new Watch Dogs game, the game’s Twitter account came to life which confirms some of the rumoured information.
The Watch Dogs Legion account was confirmed and verified yesterday, releasing a teaser video stating “God Save the NPCs. Reveal at E3.” While the national anthem of the UK “God save the Queen” is playing in the background.
Watch_Dogs Legion was originally rumoured to be set in “a post-Brexit world in which society, politics, and technology have changed and altered London’s fortunes,” from a leaked Watch Dogs Legion Amazon UK product description. The Twitter Account has pretty much confirmed this but leaves a few questions, such as who is going to be our character if we’re supposedly playing an NPC.
There is plenty to look forward to at E3 this year and we definitely hope Ubisoft brings to light some of these details further. Their press conference is set for Monday, June 10th at 4:00 PM ET.
