If you’re a subscriber to EA’s subscription service, EA Access (Xbox One) or Origins Access (PC), then you are looking at a “Titan”-sized update as Respawn’s highly praised Shooter, Titanfall 2, is now free to play for subscribers.
EA announced Titanfall 2 would be joining the growing collection of EA games for subscribers called The Vault in early July along with last year’s Battlefield 1. While Battlefield 1 has yet to be placed in the Vault, Titanfall 2 should definitely hold subscribers over with its fast pace, highly mobile shooter.
This addition to the Vault also comes just after Respawn ran a free weekend for the game and a major 4 player co-operative update called Frontier Defence. We gave Titanfall 2 a lot of praise when it came out last year, even awarding it our Best Shooter of 2016 during our Game of the Year awards.
