One of the great things about Titanfall 2 is Respawn’s dedication in delivering free post-launch content that have been just awesome, and the next update for the title won’t be any different as it adds the usual mix of maps and Premium Titan skins, and throws in a brand new co-operative mode.
The new game mode, called Frontier Defense, is a 4 player co-op survival/horde mode which players will have to protect a harvester from increasingly difficult waves of enemies. The mode will also feature a new Aegis Ranks Titan progression, making it easier for players to match up with the higher difficulty options offered in Frontier Defense.
On top of this update, players will also get access to two new maps. Rise will be an all-round multiplayer map and will include an abandoned desert reservoir with sheer tower walls creating corridors throughout the map. While Township is a Live Fire map that features dense corridors and plenty of roof-tops to jump across.
The update is set to release on July 25th 2017. If you don’t have Titanfall 2 yet, a free trial will be unlocked for PS4, Xbox One and PC via Origins, on July 28th through 30th.
