There isn’t a game quite as unique as “This War of Mine,” an indie game available on Steam, which showcases war in the eyes of civilians, the game has gone on to earn a lot of praise for it’s anti war message and its focus on survival.
Recently, the developers have created DLC for the game, which contains “unique street art pieces made by artists from all over the world including: M-City, Gabriel “Specter” Reese, SeaCreative, Emir Cerimovic, Fauxreel and Mateusz Waluś.” The tags are spread throughout the game and is meant to show “humanity during a time of war.”
What is unique about this DLC is that while completely optional and cosmetic, all proceeds of the pack goes to War Child, a charity group dedicated to helping children caught up in wars and conflicts throughout the world. The pack can be downloaded at 3 different prices, $0.99, $9.99, $19.99, the content will stay the same no matter the price, however it allows players the option to give more.
