The award winning comedic PC adventure game, The Stanley Parable, will be coming to consoles for the first time next year. The announcement came as a world premiere at The Game Awards last night under a new title – The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe.
The game is being developed by Galactic Cafe and Crows Crows Crows, who promise that the re-release will bring in some new content including new endings. The developers also stressed that the re-released content will also be coming to PC as well.
The Stanley Parable focuses on a everyman office drone named Stanley who discovers that all of his coworkers have mysteriously disappeared. Stanley’s actions as he travels around the abandoned office building is narrated by a snarky British narrator (voiced by Kevan Brighting) who seems to know everything you’re going to do before you do it. It also features multiple endings and great comedic script.
No official release date outside of 2019 has been given for The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe at this time.
