Superdimension Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls coming to Vita this Fall.

The Neptunia series continues to dominate the PSVita with some great spin-off titles like the upcoming Megatagmension Blanc + Neptune vs Zombies, along with the remakes of the main RPG series with Hyperdimension Neptunia MK1 – 3.  For the latest spin-off, our regular hero will be stepping down as the main character to allow IF to take the spotlight in Superdimension Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls.

The game’s story will have Iffy finding the legendary Grand Library which holds the history of the world within its shelves, however after a disaster occurs, books begin to disappear taking the world’s history along with it. Iffy must team up with the Sega Hard Girls and the  Goddess to recover the lost history of the world.

Now for those of you who are unfamiliar with the Sega Hard Girls, they are a collaboration project between ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Bunko and SEGA which features various Sega consoles including the Dreamcast, Saturn and Mega Drive as anthropomorphized girls, in similar fashion to the Neptunia Goddesses (Vert – Xbox, Blanc – Nintendo, Noire – Playstation).

Superdimension does change up the formula in a number of different ways, by adding a class system to the combat, new maneuvers to explore the world as Iffy, and a new Fever Time mechanic which will allow you to enable HDD form, Raise your stats and reduce enemy turns in battle.

The game will be available on PSVita with PSTV compatibility later this fall. You can check out the latest screenshots for the game below.
