It’s debatable that this is the worst kept secret at Nintendo for the past couple of months, Nintendo finally confirmed that we’ll be seeing Super Nintendo Games joining the Nintendo Switch Online Subscription service starting today during last night’s Nintendo Direct.
Nintendo has confirmed twenty games as part of the Super Nintendo lineup, including heavy hitters like Super Mario World, Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past, and Super Metroid, as well as more niche titles including Breath of Fire, Demon’s Crest and Stunt Racer FX.
Here is the full list of games available:

On top of this, Nintendo will also be releasing a SNES inspired controller that will be sold exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online Subscribers for $29.99 USD.
The Switch Online service launched in September of last year with a lineup of 20 NES games included in the subscription. That list has since grown to 50 titles and a recent update added the ability to rewind, undoing any mistakes that you’ve made during the game (a feature that will carry over to the Super Nintendo Online.)
