Back at E3 2014, we were given a look at Grasshopper Manufacture and its parent company GungHo Online Entertainment’s upcoming free-to-play PS4 exclusive, Let It Die. Sadly, we haven’t heard much about the game, however director Suda51 and producer Kazuki Morhishita have announced via a video posted by GungHo Online that the title is very much alive and can be seen at Pax East next weekend.
The video shows a few clips of the game in action, reminding us that it will be an action survival game with a Suda51 twist to it. Players can use microtransactions or skills to earn gear and equip their underwear clad fighter as they travel the world of Let It Die. Graphically, the game shares the same Grasshopper style that we’ve seen in No More Heroes and Killer7.
The game is still currently slated for a 2016 release date, and those going to Pax East will get to see a playable build of the game, so we’re hoping to hear more about the upcoming F2P brawler soon.
