The Playstation Blog announced today that Streum On Studio will be bringing Space Hulk: Deathwing to PS4 next year and will be running on the Unreal 4 engine.
Space Hulk originally was a board game based on the Warhammer 40K series by Games Workshop originally released in 1989, which involved one player taking control of a group of Space Marine Terminators as they investigate a “Space Hulk,” a mass of ancient, derelict starships, asteroids, and other assorted space debris. The other player take control of the Genestealer monsters, an aggressive species who have made the Space Hulk their home.
Space Hulk: Deathwing will be a First Person Shooter where players will take control of a Space Marine from one of the most secret and most feared Space Marine Companies: the Deathwing from the Dark Angels. The game will put you in a Librarian, giving you access to the iconic Space Marine weapons as well as Psykers. Players will be able to upgrade their characters with 4 different skill trees unlocking new powers and weapons as they progress.
