It’s very rare to say that a Nintendo Port will have a better version of a game, but Rebellion seems to have made it happen with the latest port of their PS3, 360, and PC sniper simulator; Sniper Elite V2, which hits retailers today. The game is known for it’s realistic portrayal of World War 2 sniping including adding factors like wind and bullet drop into the game’s mix.
The Wii U version will feature several new features to the game using it’s touch screen controller, giving players access to maps and access to the inventory. Other new features include using the game pad to mark enemies, traps, as well as predicting the blast radius of planted explosives. The game also supports the big feature of the Wii U, off-screen mirroring, allowing you to play off the gamepad.
The game originally released in 2012 to mediocre to positive reviews, with huge phrase for it’s take on the X-Ray Kill Cams which was a big staple for the game.
