Blowfish Studios is doing things different with their upcoming Action-Strategy title Siegecraft Commander, aside from a unique tower-defence blend with some interesting wall/base building mechanics, the game will also include Console versus PC gameplay in both realtime and turn-based action!
In Siegecraft Commander, players can build a base using tactical towers to help fight off opponents by launching them with catapults. While this also helps to build walls to keep your opponents out, if the tower falls it also causes a domino effect taking out the towers that helped create it.
Players will be able to engage in fast pace action RTS or a slower tactical Turn Based style gameplay in Multiplayer, with multiplayer opened up to have for PS4 vs PC or Xbox One vs PC, or even VR versus normal TV.
“Siegecraft Commander‘s breadth of structures and units, their potentially domino-like chain reaction if one falls, and the challenge of pulling off well-aimed shots make for a strategy experience unlike any other,” said Benjamin Lee, CEO of Blowfish Studios. “With both strategic turn-based and action-oriented real-time play, gamers of all tastes can have a blast toppling each other’s bases.”
Siegecraft Commander will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC with VR support for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, on January 17th 2017.
