The third title in the Shin Megami Tensei series has finally reached the PS3 via the Playstation Network. Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne (called Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer’s Call in Europe) was released yesterday on the Playstation Network at a price of $9.99.
Taking place in modern Japan, SMT: Nocturne sets you in the centre of the Conception, an apocalyptic event where the real world merges with the demon world, the player character must travel the new Vortex world and make deals with demons to help him fight the world’s monsters and make a decision on how the new world would be created, which can lead up to 6 different endings.
SMT: Nocturne is considered one of the harder Shin Megami Tensei games available and has been critically praised when it was released for it’s unique RPG story, gameplay and visual style.
