Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor was a highly praised game thanks to it’s nemesis system, solid story, and great gameplay, earning the Game Critics Award for best Acton/Adventure and the BAFTA Games Award for Game Design.
Warner Bros. announced that they will be re-releasing the game with a “Game of the Year” tag for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. The GOTY edition of Shadow of Mordor will be priced at $49.99 and will include all the DLC that came out for the game, which includes the Lords of the Hunt add-on and Bright Lord Campaign, along with a bunch of bonus missions, Runes, and skins.
Despite also coming out on PS3 and Xbox 360 after a successful launch on the new-gen, these versions will not see a release edition. The planned re-release of the game will launch next week.
