Sea of Stars originally was announced in 2020 and launched a successful Kickstarter campaign. The turn-based RPG was inspired by classic RPGs like Chrono Trigger and developed by Quebec-City based Sabotage Studio, who were the team behind The Messenger, a retro-inspired action game that took inspiration from games like Ninja Gaiden and Super Metroid – which Sea of Stars also serves as a prequel for.
Sea of Stars is available now on PS4, PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Series X/S.
