As promised by one of the Kickstarter Goals, Sabotage Studios has confirmed that they are working on DLC for their hit RPG, Sea of Stars. The DLC is called “Throes of the Watchmaker” and aims to strengthen the ties between Sea of Stars and the studio’s previous title, The Messenger.
In an interview with Radio Times, Sea of Stars director Thierry Boulanger provided an update on the development, stating that a small team is currently working on the story DLC while another team is working on an entirely different project.
Sea of Stars released on August 29th and has been a hit for the studio as the game sold 100,000 on its first day. The studio recently released a week one report via Twitter celebrating 250,000+ copies saying “We had projections for the first year, but it only took you all a single week.”
