It’s a huge day for Bioshock fans, as the best-selling multiplatform of the year so far announced that it has sold well over 4 Million copies. To celebrate, Irrational and 2K finally announced the DLC packs that will be coming to the Season pass owners with content that looks to make the wait worth it.
The first bit of DLC is an Arena combat mission called Clash in the Clouds. The DLC comes with 4 maps with 15 waves each, with special challenges to win money which in turn can unlock concept art, character models, Lutece backstory Voxophones, Kinetoscopes and more.
The second DLC that was announce brings us to a familiar setting, before the fall of Rapture. This DLC, entitled “Burial at Sea,” sets a Film Noire style of narrative where we get to see the fall of Rapture in Bioshock Infinite’s protagonists Booker and Elizabeth’s eyes. The DLC is said to have new Plasmids, weapons, Big Daddies, and Tears. The final bit of DLC will have players taking the role of Elizabeth in a new style of gameplay, however, Irrational Games’s Ken Levine didn’t give up the full details of this new gameplay style.
All of the DLC will be included in the Season Pass (priced at $19.99) with Clash in the Clouds currently out right now for $5. The Burial at Sea DLC will cost $14.99 each for part one and two .
