Itching to explore more of the derelict mansion of Resident Evil 7? Announced at TGS today, Capcom has confirmed that the Resident Evil 7: Beginning Hour will be receiving a major update dubbed the “Twilight” update. The update will be available for all PSPlus users later today.
On top of the demo, Capcom released some new screenshots and trailer for the upcoming survival horror game, which includes a closer look at RE7 antagonists, the Baker family, and the long awaited first look at combat.
Resident Evil 7 will be available in both Standard and Deluxe packaging, with the Deluxe version of the game including a season pass containing access to three additional playable story episodes. All pre-orders of the game will include a Survival Pack which includes consumable healing items, an early unlock of the insanely difficult Madhouse mode, and a mysterious Lucky Coin in-game defence item.
Resident Evil 7 is set to release on January 24, 2017 for PS4 (with the full game able to be experienced with PSVR) as well as PC and Xbox One.
