So you’ve been enjoying Gwent in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, clearing the side quests by trying to find every Gwent card and challenge everyone around, almost ignoring the story if it wasn’t that you need to get you to different locations around the world to find more people and cards. However you’ve come to a dilemma, the computer controlled characters have become to easy for you, too bad you can’t challenge people online directly in Witcher 3 to prove you’re the best Gwent player ever.
Well then you’ll be happy to know that CD Projekt Red has opened GWENT: The Witcher Card Game to everyone for Open Beta! The game is free for all and can be enjoyed on PC, Xbox One and PS4. To celebrate and remind everyone that you can get the game now on your preferred console, CD Projekt Red has released a very kick ass cinematic trailer which reminds us how popular Gwent is in The Witcher world.
If you were part of the Closed Beta, be sure to check your email as GoG has been giving out free copies of The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings, and other Gwent related goodies which you can find here.
