While we won’t see a brand new Assassin’s Creed this year, Ubisoft has officially announced that they’ll be bringing the Ezio Trilogy to PS4 and Xbox One on November 15th, remastering Assassin’s Creed 2, Brotherhood and Revelations in one package.
Similar to the Bioshock Collection, the Assassin’s Creed: Ezio Trilogy will only feature the story mode of all three games along with any Single Player DLC that came out for it, in other words, the impressive Multiplayer that was introduced in Brotherhood and Revelations will not be part of the collection. All three games will also feature “enhanced graphics” however Ubisoft has yet to comment on resolution or frame rate.
The collection will also come with Assassin’s Creed: Lineage, a 36-minute short film that serves as a prequel to Assassin’s Creed 2, andAssassin’s Creed: Embers, an animated epilogue to Revelations. On top of getting all three games for $59.99 USD, the package deal will also come with a $8 off for the Assassin’s Creed movie, which is set to hit theatres on December 21st.
