Yesterday the team behind the indie horror “Allison Road”, a game which was inspired by the cancelled ‘Silent Hills’ project and its playable teaser ‘PT’, announced that their horror homage had been cancelled as well.
While no reason was given at the time of writing, Lilith Ltd. did not give a reason for the game’s cancellation but offered more information in the coming days. Allison Road has had difficulties in the past receiving funding via Kickstarter, however that passed when Worms developer Team17 announced that they were going to publish the game. After the announcement the game had gone silent with no major updates being announced.
It’ll be interesting to see why the project has been cancelled, at this point all we can really do is speculate on what has happened and what would have been for the anticipated horror game. We will update as we get more information on the story.
