South Korean studio ShiftUp gave the first gameplay trailer for their upcoming action game Project Eve at the Playstation Showcase last Thursday, leaving us with a lot of interesting monsters, lots of hack’n’slashing, and a whole lot of questions.
The trailer remained very vague when it came to Project Eve, with talks of religious figures, a giant Cthulhu like monster attaching itself to a space station, and other eldritch horrors attacking our body-suit wearing heroine Eve, as she slices her way through the station, giving a souls-like mashup with Bayonetta and Nier Automata tone.
ShiftUp provided a small synopsis for the game one its Youtube trailer.
“Project Eve is an action-adventure game that takes place in the not-too-distant future on the ruined Earth against unknown enemies.
Accompany the powerful heroine Eve, join forces with comrades along the way, and take up the challenge against the tough adventure.”
Project Eve is still in production and no release date has been given as of yet. Check out the trailer below.
