Payday 2: Crimewave Edition hatches plans for Xbox One and PS4


Overkill Software’s stellar Co-op shooter Payday 2 is getting a next gen upgrade titled “Crimewave Edition” which is set to launch on Xbox One and PS4 in the near future.  The Crimewave Edition is said to include “enhanced features and a stash of new bonus content” however the announcement did not include a price or date of the game’s release.

Payday 2 originally launched on PS3, PC and Xbox 360 in August of last year to positive reviews. Since then the game has seen it’s fair share of paid and free Downloadable content that made it  a very successful title.
