Gameitall With the launch of the Nintendo Switch later this week and the promise of a large support from developers for the upcoming hybrid console, Nintendo has announced plans to release over 62 Indie titles, including high profile indies such as Yooka-Laylee, Steamworld: Dig 2, Overcooked Special Edition, The Escapists 2, Shakedown Hawaii, Stardew Valley and the Switch exclusive- Runner3
The announcement of the indie titles came during a special presentation from Nintendo which showecased several of the indie titles mentioned and mentioned others in passing in an attempt to show to push Indie development for the console. Many developers have previously praised the Switch for being easy to work with in terms of development so it’s likely we’ll a lot more indies on the console then on the Wii and Wii U.
