We have a variety of games coming out his week, from a tactical RPG Crossover, A Blocky Super Hero game, another game based off a movie, and what looks to be a hardcore Kinect title.
Pokemon Conquest – DS
Here is an interesting twist on two classics. From Nintendo and Temco Koei comes Tactical RPG that crosses over the world of Pokemon with Nobunaga’s Ambition. It’s a bold move to bring a beloved RPG franchise to a turn based war simulator, but it should be interesting.
Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes – Wii, Xbox 360, PS3, Vita, DS
Joker has joined forces with Lex Luthor, now it’s up to the Dynamic Duo of Batman and Robin to save the world, with the help of the Justice League of course. This is one of the first Lego games to step away from the Mime comedy that the series is known for and include full voice over.
Brave – Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, DS
Based off the upcoming Disney Pixar Movie, Brave is a 3rd person shooter that goes beyond the movie. Like any other Disney movie based game, it looks like it would be fun for a family game, but I’m still waiting for when Pixar decides to actually help in the graphic department for the games based on their movies.
Steel Battalion – Xbox 360 (Kinect)
From the team at “From Software” (Chromehounds, ArmorCore Series, Demon Souls and Dark Souls) comes a new Mech battle game. Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor, throws you into a world without computers, driving a bipedal mech called Vertical Tanks using your kinect sensor.
