It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Rocksteady and their upcoming game set in the Arkham-verse, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Ahead of the DC FanDome event in October where we’ll get a “new reveal” for the game, Warner Bros and Rocksteady released a new Key Art that serves as a great teaser.
The new key art focuses on our four main characters, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark with the Suicide Squad logo in the middle.
If we’re completely honest, there isn’t much to go on with this art as we still don’t really know much about the upcoming game outside that it will be set in Rocksteady’s Arkham universe and likely after the events of Arkham Knight, as well as the fact that we’ll have to “Kill the Justice League” as the title suggests. That being said, getting confirmation that the game will be making an appearance alongside other games that features DC Superheroes like the upcoming Gotham Knights and the Fortnite/Batman Crossover event, does help the wait.
DC FanDome will take place on October 16th at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. Outside of the game content, we’re also getting updates on the upcoming DC movies including The Batman, The Flash, Black Adam, and the Suicide Squad spin-off series, Peacemaker.
