It seems like the previously rumoured DLC was correct, as Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion is on his way to Injustice: Gods Among Us. Luckily for us, he’s not just a copy and paste version from Mortal Kombat 9, giving him a DC makeover from artist Jim Lee.
Scorpion is the 3rd of the 4 DLC characters that are part of the season pass, it was leaked last month that Lobo, Batgirl, General Zod and Scorpion will be joining the already extensive cast. However the last minute tease of the trailer above zooms in on Martian Manhunter, this may either a trick from the Mortal Kombat team as they are famous for hiding characters in their games, or an actual confirmation that Martian Manhunter would be the next DLC character over General Zod.
Of course this isn’t the first time that Scorpion has faced the DC Universe before, however we generally high hopes for him this time around.
