With the release of Monster Hunter World later this week, Capcom is promoting the game in one of the best ways possible – a temporary eatery in London where fans can get giant free burgers and steaks while checking out the game.
The Monster Hunter Meat Shack will offer huge platters of meat, gratis, for parties of up to four while they play the game up for up to 90 minutes. The shack will open tomorrow (Thursday January 25th, 2018) and will stick around until Sunday, January 28th. The restaurant itself will be decked out with plenty of Monster Hunter Memorabilia including a huge Rathalos head just outside.
Laura Skelly, Senior PR Manager for Capcom added:
“Going back to work in January can be a gloomy time for everyone so what better way to eat away the January blues than a free dining experience which celebrates all things monster-sized? From the giant Rathalos skull, to the super-sized meat platters, we hope the Monster Hunter Meat Shack is a hit with fans of the game both new and old immersing all its guests deep into the world of Monster Hunter.”
Needless to say, there is no vegetarian option at the event.
Monster Hunter World will be available on January 26th 2018 on PS4 and Xbox One, with a PC release to follow later. For more details on the pop-up, check out Eventbright page.
