Bioware announced that the Mass Effect Trilogy is set for December 4th on the PS3 and include the first Mass Effect game for the first time on the console. Mass Effect 1 will also be available through the PSN for the price of $19.99 and will feature some graphical tweaks.
Also Bioware wanted to clarify on the Downloadable Content that will be available for the game. For Mass Effect one, both the PS3 and PC will include the “Bring Down the Sky” Add-On, while PC will be getting the “Pinnacle Station” Add-On for free as well. The Xbox version will come as it is with no DLC.
For Mass Effect 2, every version will include the Cerberus Network which gains you access to several unlockable weapons and armor, while the PS3 will include Overload, Kasumi, and Lair of the Shadow Broker.
Finally Mass Effect 3 will come as it did at launch with the online pass and Alliance Network.
For 360 and PC owners, the Mass Effect trilogy will be out on November 6th 2012.
