Every so often you come across a story so strange that you just have to write about it. This story is thanks to the Wilkes-Barre Police Department in Pennsylvania, who reported that they had caught a man who entered a local Target, jumped into an electric handicap cart, and began to urinate on the Video Games in the electronics section of the store.
According to the Police, the incident took place in the evening of January 5th. Shortly after the incident occurred, the department posted security footage of the man on Facebook, a day later 25 year old Anel Mujkanovic turned himself in and was charged for public indecency, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
