Tripwire’s co-op Zombie shooter Kiling Floor 2 will finally be coming to Xbox One according to the developer. The game is set for a August 29th launch and will be compatible with the Xbox One X when the system launches on November 7th.
The Xbox One version will be priced at $40 (USD) and will feature all of the previously released content packs as well as a timed-exclusive weapon; the freezethrower, which acts like your standard flamethrower only spewing out liquid Nitrogen, allowing you to freeze Zeds in place and shatter them with a well place melee attack.
Originally launched as an early access title in 2015, Killing Floor 2 officially launched on PS4 and PC back in November 2016. Set in Europe following an outbreak of the zombie like Zeds, players can team up in group of 6 as they take on waves of Zeds in survival or in a PvP mode that places 6 players agains each other.
The PS4Pro version of the game features some visual enhancements such as improved performances and 4K support, this will also be supported on the Xbox One X when the console launches in November.
