Kano will be returning in Netherrealm’s upcoming Mortal Kombat X, with a few new upgrades. Creative director Ed Boon explains in demonstration video (seen above) that like all fighters in the game, Kano will have three new fight styles including the knife using Cutthroat, the eye-laser Cybernetic style, and the grapple based Commando fight style.
Kano adds to the roster of returning characters including Raiden, Scorpion and Sub-Zero, while newbies include the insect like D’vorah, the duo combo of Ferra/Torr, Aztec god Kotal Khan and Cassie Cage, the daughter of MK vets Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade. We can expect to see more characters to be announce as we come closer to the 2015 release date for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
