So you’re interested in Mortal Kombat X’s new DLC fighters, but don’t know if you want to dish out the $29.99 for the Kombat Pack? Ed Boon and the team at NetherRealm has you covered then.
Mortal Kombat X will feature a new mode called the “Challenge Towers” and inside this mode will be a “Premium Tower,” this mode will allow you to play some challenges as the new DLC characters for those specific challenges. This will allow you to test out the characters and decide if you would like to pay for them to be unlocked for the rest of the game.
Mortal Kombat X launches this week (April 14th) with the DLC fighters to come later, of which features Friday the 13th’s Jason Voorhees, and the Predator.
