Since it’s release back in 2012, Hotline Miami has gotten quite a following, enough to warrant the psychedelic slasher a sequel; Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, which is due out later this year. On August 19 the game will take it’s murder spree to the PS4 with some new features, including the ability to “beat people to death by shaking the gamepad” with the sounds of your executions emanating from the controller’s speaker, and using the DualShock 4’s touch pad to look around and lock on to enemies (a helpful feature that was introduced in the console versions.)
Hotline Miami will support the Cross-Buy function, so purchasing the game on PS4 will give you access to the PS3 and Vita versions as well, also if you have already purchased the game on either of those two consoles (or picked it up that time it was free on PSPlus) then you’ll be able to pick up the PS4 version for Free on August 19th.
