When it comes down to Sports games, it’s difficult to decide which one was best, everyone is bias over which sport is better then the other, but here at Gameitall.com, we take out professional look at the innovations itself.
AND THE WINNER IS…
EA SPORTS NHL 2012
It doesn’t help that we are Canadian, but NHL 2012 has had quite the improvements when it comes down to the actual game play, with an updated version of 2010’s fighting system, 2012 gives us a Full Contact Physics mode which as of right now makes the game feel as real as it gets, and having two goalies fight is one of the more awesome things I’ve seen in a hockey game so far. In addition to the Become a Pro mode, and a new presentation mode, NHL 2012 really enforced it’s winning this year.
Honorable Mentions: Fight Night Champion – Fight Night Champion is a big improvement from the lackluster Round 4, but it didn’t feel like we got what we were promised. While we got an improved version of the Round 4 controls, a great story mode, and a great online. The extremely well done bare-knuckle boxing was left for only a few scenes in story mode and didn’t make it’s way anywhere else, and the new blood physics which was rather disappointing. Other than that, this is boxing at it’s finest.
