Gameitall While the Mobile Suit Gundam games always has it fans, personally I’ve personally had difficulty enjoying them outside of Battle Operation 2. So when Bandai announced Gundam Evolution, a first-person Hero Shooter set in the anime series. I think I have something to be excited about.
Gundam Evolution is a 6v6 hero shooter in the same veins of Overwatch in which each mech have special unique abilities and fight to control specific points in the map. According to its official website, the game will feature 3 modes – Point Capture, in which a team fights for control over spots in the map; Domination, where teams attempt to capture one of three randomly available points; and Destruction, where one team defends an object while the others attempt to destroy it.
Bandai Namco has confirmed that the game will be free to play when it’s released and currently is exclusive to PC. At the time of writing, there is currently no Western version or ports to console announced, however with the success of the Free to Play Gundam Battle Operation 2, there is always a possibility.
