Square Enix used the Playsation Press Conference in Japan to sneak out a classic Final Fantasy gem out to PS4.
Final Fantasy IX was originally released in 200 for the original Playstation, and the PS4 enhanced edition will receive some modern improvements including high-definition movies and character modes, an auto-save function, Seven optional boosters including the ability to move at high-speed with no encounters or automatically max out character levels, magic stone counts and gil. In other words completely cheat the game at a press of a button. The PS4 edition also adds trophy and remote play support.
The game will be available at a discounted price of $16.79(USD) until September 26th, when it will go up to $20.99(USD), those who purchase the game will also receive a custom theme designed by Toshiyuki Itahana and 8 Avatars.
