Capcom has announced that they will be bringing back wrestler Rainbow Mika of Street Fighter Alpha 3 fame for a role in Street Fighter V. Armed with some new movies and a tag-team partner, Mika is devastating in the latest trailer for the game (see above).
Capcom gave us more insight on the wrestler, who is famous for her butt slam attacks and powerful grapples, in a new press release stating:
“By calling Nadeshiko at the right time using R. Mika’s V-Trigger ability, players will be able to set up sneaky attacks and punishing command grab mix-ups that are sure to deliver devastating amounts of damage… Players who enjoy putting on a stunning display of fear-inducing close-combat guessing games will find R. Mika a colorful and rewarding way to play.”
Depending on the direction input when using her V-Trigger, Nadeshiko will strike with a body splash from above, a dropkick from the front or a dropkick from behind. Mika’s V-Skill special move will allow her to monologue to the crowd and boost her attack strength, the longer the skill is held the more power she will build.
Street Fighter V is looking at a 2016 release date exclusively for PS4 and PC.
