Elder Scrolls Online gets a free to play weekend on PS4 and PC

If you’re interested in the Elder Scrolls Online but don’t want to spend the money to jump into it right away, then you should probably check out the game’s free to play weekend which is on right now until November 20 at 11:59 PM EST.

The Free Weekend will provide access to the base game and will feature compatibility with those who have PS4Pro, it will not feature any of the DLC missions or gear however. Once you’ve created an account, Bethesda will deliver 500 crowns to spend in the Crown Store on fun costumes, unique pets, helpful scrolls, and more. Finally once the free weekend is over and you really enjoyed the MMO Elder Scrolls game, you can continue where you left off with your character.

The game will leave a dent in your hard-drive though, with Bethesda warning on their post on the Playstation Blog that you’ll require a 78GB of space in order to enjoy the game. They also mentioned that playing the Free Weekend will also give you an oppertunity to sign up for the One Tamriel “Trip of a Lifetime” contest.
