This year, Microsoft brought their A game, bringing out some of the best that the Xbox One will have to offer for 2014-2015 year. Xbox head Phil Spencer said this conference was going to be all about the games and that was exactly it, no talk about Home entertainment, TV, Apps or Sports. Announcing new games, new IPs, and first gameplay for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Forza Horizon, Assassins Creed Unity and The Division.

Starting off the conference was Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare which featured the game’s first gameplay footage which showed off more of what the ExoSkeleton can do in gameplay. While we joke about the games “Revolutionary sequel changes that don’t really change anything,” Advanced Warfare looks like a vast improvement and we can’t wait for the new installment later this year.
Big announcement for Forza Motorsport 5 will receive a free update to feature the Nurburgring race track, one of the worlds most popular racetracks, the update is available now. New info about Forza Horizon 2 for the Xbox One came out, the game will feature 1000 playable cars, full day/night track, dynamic weather, multiplayer clubs, and a transfer of your Drivatar from Forza 5 into Horizon. Horizon is due out later this year.
2K and Turtle Rock studios announced that their latest game Evolve will feature exclusive DLC and Beta Access on Xbox One. A new trailer came out which showed off the 4 different classes in work against the Evolve Monster. Players will be able to play as one of the 4 classes or as the monster in a 4 vs 1 multiplayer mode.
Assassin Creed Unity first gameplay was shown by Ubisoft, highlighting the series first ever 4 player co-op where 4 players were tasked with sparking the French Revolution. The gameplay showed much of the action we come to expect from the series as the 4 players attacked the guards and hunted down their target.
Dragon Age 3 trailer showed more story and combat. Premiere DLC will be a timed exclusive to the Xbox One.
Sunset Overdrive brought out an amazing trailer with an October 28th release date, new information was given regarding character creations and a new multiplayer co-op mode as well as a fast pace look at a mission from the game and it’s crazy weapons.
DeadRising 3 announced it’s Super Ultra Dead Rising 3 Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX Plus a which is out today. The DLC comes with the 31st anniversary of Capcom, and brings back DeadRising classics Frank West and Chuck Greene, as well as a large amount of costumes and power ups based on Capcom properties including Final Fight, Street Fighter, and Darkstalkers.
Harmonix announced Dance Central for Xbox One.
Fable Legends showed off it’s first bit of gameplay featuring 4 player co-op and a new Villain mode, which kind of puts you in a Dungeon Master point of view where you can send out monsters to fight off the heroes.
New Project Spark trailer showed off that the game can make all kind of different content. As an added treat, Conker of Conker’s Bad Fur Day made a guess appearance stating that you can make your own Conker game.
Halo Guardians story trailer was shown, and the Master Chief Collection officially announced, The collection will come with Halo 1-4 with all levels and content unlocked allowing you to make a set list of levels between the game or just play specific levels. Halo 2 will get the Anniversary touch up and will be the main Multiplayer mode of the collection and will run at 1080P and full 60FPS, and will also release with 4000 gamescore. The Collection will come with Halo Night Fall, a new series from Ridley Scott, and the Halo 5 Guardians beta which will feature new game modes and features including dedicated servers and spartan abilities.
Playdead announced Inside, a new platformer.
Crystal Dynamics announced a new Tomb Raider Game, a sequel to the remake called Rise of the Tomb Raider.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Griffin Hunt gameplay showed more of the limb dismember gameplay and hunting wild animals.
Rare announced a reboot of Phantom Dust.
Ubisoft showed off more gameplay of Tom Clancy The Division.
Platinum game announced Scalehound an new 3rd person adventure game exclusive to the Xbox One.
Finally the return of Crackdown, from the original team.
